Offering services including but not limited to free pregnancy testing, peer counseling, crisis intervention, maternity (and baby) clothes, and adoption facilitation, the Rockingham Pregnancy Center works to invest in the futures of families across Rockingham County and surrounding areas. Their goal is to provide a healthy, supportive environment for new and expecting mothers and families by providing for the physical needs of pregnancy, while also providing access to the spiritual needs of young families.

Pregnancy Testing

At no cost, we offer confidential, lab-quality pregnancy tests to ensure accurate results and peace of mind, even if home tests have already been taken.

Limited Ultrasound Referrals

Support & Education

In addition to medical services, we are passionate about providing ongoing Support & Education. We offer free, personalized educational services for pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and parenting.
